bORbA vol. 02

On Saturday, October 5, the second voluntary work action was held as part of our bORbA project. The rain leading up to this weekend softened the months of dry ground that slowed us down during the first action, and the fresh air after the rain brought extra energy to our team.

Compared to the first action, this time the weather tested us in a different way - the number of participants was smaller due to the rainy days, but that did not reduce our enthusiasm. About 20 dedicated cyclists, diggers and nature lovers gathered at the second section of the Green Trail, near the entrance to the Rakovac quarry.

The action was a true synergy of work and enjoyment. The music this time was provided by our friends from SUN Radio ( www.sunradio.rs ), spreading positive vibes through bluetooth speakers. The working atmosphere was spiced with the aromas from the kettle that was being brewed on site. Our head chef Raša, with the support of Butcher shop Štrand, prepared a meal that delighted everyone present.

During the action, with joint forces, we completed about 50 meters of new track. Everyone worked with a smile, inspired not only by a common goal but also by the company of our friends, Instagrammers Ivana and Goran, known for their profile "Dva ranca beg iz kanca" (linktr.ee/dva_ranca_beg_iz_kanca ). Their presence brought an extra dose of enthusiasm to the team.

For rest, we again improvised a chill spot made of wooden pallets, perfect for a break with conversation and refreshments. The action ended at dusk, when, tired but satisfied, we felt the real impetus to continue work on the ambitious Green Path project in the coming months.
